Monthly Subscription Service includes:

• 60 minutes of direct legal consultation with an attorney, document review, document preparation, or correspondence on behalf of the business (additional time billed at $500 per hour)
• Access to General Counsel services for your small business from a licensed attorney with admission to federal courts across the nation, including the U.S. Supreme Court and all state courts in Texas and Washington, D.C.
• The ability to represent to stakeholders, clients, adversaries, and any member of the public that your business has an Office of General Counsel
• Supervision of legal specialists and consultants in the event of major legal incident like a lawsuit or business acquisition
