The H3W Women’s Wellness Fair brings together local wellness practitioners, inspiring speakers, and women-owned businesses for a day filled with hands-on activities, learning, and connection.


This immersive experience is designed to help you explore all dimensions of self-care — from nourishing your body with healthy food to centering your mind through mindfulness practices.

Keynote Address – Dr. Kimberly Hardy
Kick off the day with an empowering keynote from Dr. Kimberly Hardy, sharing insights on mental health, resilience, and the tools women need to thrive.

Breathe & Flow – Yoga & Breathing with Sunni from Just Chill Out Yoga
Restore your mind and body with a gentle yoga flow and breathwork practice designed to release tension, boost energy, and bring you into the present moment.

Salsa Cook-Off – Cooking Demo with Theresa from Vegan Palate
Savor the flavors of plant-based living in this interactive cooking demo. Chef Theresa will guide you through simple, delicious recipes that nourish your body and delight your taste buds.

Pen & Presence – Mindful moments with Dr. Kimberly Hardy
Slow down and center yourself through guided mindfulness journaling and therapeutic coloring. Dr. Hardy will lead you in creative reflection to cultivate peace and clarity.

The Bliss Bar – Body Care & DIY Treatments
Indulge in self-care as you create your own luxurious body scrubs, enjoy soothing hot wax treatments, and pamper your hands, feet, and skin with nourishing lotions and oils.

Closing Ceremony – Sound Bowls Mindfulness Session with Imani from Mind, Body & Movement
End the day bathed in the calming vibrations of sound bowls. Imani will guide you through a restorative mindfulness session that leaves you grounded, balanced, and renewed.
